WEIS INDUSTRIES AS A REGIONAL SPONSOR
As a successful regional business, we are aware of our social responsibility for Waiblingen as a business location. We live up to our ideal of corporate citizenship with numerous commitments in the region.
Starting from summer 2008, WEIS INDUSTRIES has been actively supporting the men’s southern regional league handball team of the VFL Waiblingen sports club. As their main sponsor, we support the young team’s athletic goals and development.
Numerous other sports clubs – popular, professional and nonprofit – have been sponsored by us for years.
We also maintain close ties with Star Care e.V., a Stuttgart nonprofit organization. The charity’s goal is to provide social projects for children – a goal which we love to support with frequent donations.
Beyond that, we make a point of regularly supporting cultural events.
