New company structure for WEIS INDUSTRIES
19.09.2011
With a new organizational structure, the WEIS INDUSTRIES Group is in a better position than ever to fulfill customer needs and requirements. In the new four divisions – WEIS INDUSTRIES® Filtration Solutions, WEIS INDUSTRIES® Automation Solutions, WEIS INDUSTRIES® Plant Equipment Solutions and WEIS INDUSTRIES® Service Solutions – experts for every trade work hard to make sure that all production facilities operate in an efficient, modern and resource-friendly manner. This way, WEIS INDUSTRY customers can fully concentrate on their core business. The changes go into effect on October 01, 2011. Customers of the WEIS Group will benefit from the reorganization in many ways, the most important being better and more comprehensive service than ever.
Bundling the company group’s core competences in four clearly defined divisions results in strong synergy effects and shorter decision-making processes. The trusted contact persons and familiar brands will remain the same – in this respect, nothing will change for customers. With this decision, WEIS INDUSTRIES has created four strong units that will be extremely well-equipped to tap existing potentials.
These divisions »bring together what belongs together«. The improved flow of information fosters a more intense transfer of knowledge – to the benefit of both employees and customers. Finally, the company group is now more flexible than ever and can act according to clear structures – internally and externally.
